Lead Broadcasts / Rapid Apply
Our Rapid Apply form allows RNs and LPNs to quickly broadcast their level of experience and job needs directly to you. Using your customer control panel, you may designate the locations and types of nurses you're looking for. All matches are then sent directly to you. Customers speak very highly of the quality and frequency of leads acquired through this method. Nurses love to use the form because it requires no resume and provides them instant feedback from employers.
Resume Database
Our searchable resume database holds over 40,000 resumes from qualified nurses all over the country. We receive at least 1,000 new resumes every week. Our search mechanism allows for zip code radius searching, searching by state, and keyword searching as well.
Job Postings
Job postings are packaged according to your needs. Our web traffic at the site is very high (see referenced ranking site to right) so you know your jobs will be viewed by interested nurses countrywide. Because we specialize in nursing jobs, the response rate from jobs posted on our site is very high. Nurses know where to go to look for jobs. We accept batch uploads in CSV or XML format, and allow posting of single jobs through our customer control panel. Large job lists can be uploaded via email or FTP depending on the needs and capabilities of your organization. Full html formatting within job listings (including CSS and images) is supported.

Banner Ads
Banner ads are displayed in an effective manner throughout all of the heavily trafficked areas of our site. Most ads are included as part of packages but single ads can also be purchased for our homepage and other nurse pages.
