Requirements:          Provide patient education and consultation to explain and define complicated medical treatments and procedures, as well as perform patient injection training and medication education. Must be able to work closely with reproductive endocrinologists on patient treatment plans and to develop and follow an IVF process flow that adequately meets the needs of our patients.          Must be able to work and make decisions independently, as well as demonstrate problem solving ability.          Must be able to work in a team oriented environment with patients, peers, staff and other members of the health care team.          Must be able to work in an organized manner and complete work in a timely manner, with minimal supervision. Attention to detail and accuracy is imperative.          Must be able to assume an increasing level of responsibility within the working environment.          Must be able to handle difficult situations with courtesy, diplomacy and professionalism as documented in past performance evaluations.          Must have a history of demonstrating consistently high quality service oriented behavior towards patients, their partners, physicians and other staff at all times.          Maintain accurate, complete and timely documentation as required for patient case management, patient care and IVF retrieval/transfer procedures         Must adhere to HIPAA rules and regulations at all times.
